Free Consultation

All potential clients are encouraged to book in for a free consultation. During this session, you can ask your questions, share a little about yourself and find out if I am the right person for you to work with.

Client Registration & Proposal

When you decide to work with me, I will send you a short form to complete. We can discuss this and fine tune, before progressing to booking an appointment

Bookings

I aim to be flexible and will try to accommodate clients preferred times and days for bookings. For my online sessions I use Zoom and I also offer face to face meetings based at my office in Milnrow, Rochdale.

Payments

Payments for sessions are required electronically 48 hours before the planned session. I do not take cash or cheques, or payments on the day of a session.

Cancellations

You may cancel, amend or delay any session with 48 hours’ notice with no charge. Late changes affect your progress and reduce my income - both should be avoided where possible.
